This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect through this website, and how we use, manage, and protect that information.
By accessing this website, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- We, Us, Our: Refer to Nowflux Labs LLC.
- You: Refers to you, as a user of our Site.
- Site: Refers to the vocabulistapp.com website, which can be accessed at www.vocabulistapp.com.
- Service: Refers to the services accessed through the Site, where users can add their emails to be on the wailist for a beta version of our mobile applications, and be added to our email newsletter.
Information We Collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
- Non-personal Information: This includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. We also use other website analytics tools provided by Google, Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. to track non-identifying personal information that helps us understand our traffic sources and website usage.
- Personal Information: If you register on vocabulistapp.com with your email address, it is stored securely and used to send you newsletter updates and information about app development progress. If you are selected from the waitlist, you will receive an invitation to download the beta version of our mobile app.

- Explicit Consent: When you enter your email address and click on sign up for the waitlist on vocabulistapp.com, you provide explicit consent for us to collect the above listed information.
How We Use and Share Personal Information
- Non-Personal Information: In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion. In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. - We do not track users, who interact with our Site, across the internet and therefore do not use “do not track” signals. There may be tracking signals used by any of our partners such as Google Analytics.

- Right to be forgotten: You may remove yourself from the waitlist and newsletter anytime. If you wish your data to be permanently deleted, it will be done within 72 hours of your request.
- Right to object: We have never performed any data science projects on user data and do not anticipate doing so in the future. If we determine a use for any sort of data science project on our user data in the future, we will notify you in writing before doing so. You may then opt out of any such project.
- Right to access and rectification: You can request copies of all user data we retain for you at any time. We will remove, update, or change any personal information about you from our servers immediately upon your request.
- Right of portability: We only retain your email address. However, we will provide that information to you upon your request.
- Right of restriction: You can request restriction or suppression of your personal data. Since we only retail your email address, restriction will mean removal of your email address from our Service.
- Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
An “unsubscribe” option is automatically included in the footer of every newsletter sent from us. This allows you to easily unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Non-Discrimination
