This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected, managed, and used when you use the Vocabulist App.
For the purposes of this Policy:
- We, Us, Our: Refer to Nowflux Labs LLC.
- You, Your: Refers to you, as a user of our Service.
- App: Refers to the Vocabulist Mobile Application, which can be accessed on your mobile device by downloading from Apple's appstore or Google's playstore.
- Service: Refers to the services accessed through Vocabulist mobile applications (and our social media accounts), where users can search for definitions, usage examples, and pronunciations of English words, as well as save words into a personalized collection and play games.
Information We Collect
- We DO NOT collect any personal information from the app. Your data belongs to you.
- Your search history, favorites, and games/quiz data are stored on your device, and you can delete it from your device any time from the App's settings page.
- We ask your permission for access to your device's clipboard to enable the paste functionality in the Vocabulist app, making it easier for you to search words.

As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the App. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application.
